Township of South Stormont Student Bursary

To invest in the youth of our community, the Township of South Stormont is proud to announce the creation of an annual bursary program for residents of South Stormont graduating from secondary school who will be attending a post secondary institution in a program 2 years or more in length. $1,000 will be awarded annually to three (3) students pursuing a full-time post secondary education program in any field of study.

The recipients of the bursaries must meet the following criteria:

1. The student must be graduating from Grade 12 and must provide proof of registration to a college, university or other post-secondary instatution in a full-time program in the fall of the current year, in any field of study that is a minimum of two years in length. 
2. The student must have demonstrated a passion for community leadership
3. The student must be a resident of the Township of South Stormont
