Streetlight Repair Request

Application Summary

  • An on-site inspection by the Public Works Department, of the streetlight and surrounding area is required.
  • Consideration will be given to the general standard of lighting in the area, traffic safety and the needs of pedestrians prior to streetlight shading is approved.
  • Once the aplication is submitted. This office will conduct an on-site inspection and determine which adjacent homes written authorization is required.
  • If the request is approved and you are responsible for the cost, you will be advised and an invoice forwarded thereafter. The Township will arrange for the shade to be installed by a duly appointed contractor.
