Request a Water Bill Reprint

Effective January 1, 2024, all water bill reprint requests will require payment of the applicable fee as outlined in the Fees & Charges By-law to be paid during the request submission. The current fee is $10.00 per bill copy. 

Please allow up to 2 business days for your request to be completed.

To obtain a reprint of a water bill, you must be a registered owner of the property. 

Please note you can access your water account for free by registering for iCity Online and linking your utility accounts and/or property tax accounts.

A water bill reprint is an exact copy of the quarterly water bill.
